1. Introduction Welcome to CARNIVALY FOR ORGANIZING AND MANAGING EVENTS ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our online platform for purchasing tickets to baby play areas. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a ticket has been purchased.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. No Shipping

• As tickets are delivered electronically, there are no physical shipments. Tickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, including but not limited to changing the date, time, or location of an event. In the event of a cancellation or significant change, we will notify you via the contact information provided.
• In the event of an event cancellation, you will be notified, but no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to technical issues, unauthorized access to your account, or reliance on information provided on the platform.
• We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event for which tickets were purchased.

• All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
